Steps for Getting Consultation
please note before you start: currently, consultations are just on desktop or laptop, and now no mobile application
Sign in to your account. If you don’t have one, create an account and log in.
There are two ways to consult:
First method:
1. Click on "Specialties," and choose the type of specialist you need.
- Select "Request Consultation," and follow the steps to pay for the consultation.
- After payment, click the "Request Appointment" button and await the doctor to respond within 24 hours.
- Once the doctor responds, you'll receive an email notification. Log in, go to "Open Consultations" and select your appointment by clicking on the "Choose Appointment" button. You'll find at least three appointment, select one, then click "Confirm Appointment." The final confirmed appointment will be displayed.
- At this stage, you can upload any medical reports, X-rays, or images. To do so: log in, click on "Specialties," select the relevant specialty for the consultation, follow the prompts for uploading the files.
- When it's time for the consultation, log in, click your name, select "Open Consultations," then click "Join Video Call." Wait until "JOIN THE MEETING" appears, click it, and you'll enter the video call. The doctor will join, and the consultation will begin.
- Upon completion, end the video call. The doctor will write a report about the consultation. Once the report is ready, you can view it by logging in, clicking your name, selecting "Closed Consultations," and clicking the "Report" button. The report will also be sent to your email.
Note: During the conversation, if the doctor requests specific medical tests or images and schedules another appointment, the consultation remains open. There's no need for additional payments for subsequent appointments. You'll join the video call for the new appointment in the same manner. The consultation will close after the doctor provides the final report.
Second method:
Choose a general practitioner for the consultation, and follow similar steps as the first method for consultation. The general practitioner will assess the case, and provide advice. If a specialist consultation is necessary, the general practitioner will guide you to the correct specialty for another consultation using the same process.
Note: The fee for a general practitioner consultation is $200, and for a specialist doctor it's $500. If you start with a general practitioner and later need a specialist, $200 will be deducted from the specialist fee.
Prices: Specialized Doctor $500 - General Physician $200 – Nutritionist $250
